SIR —On April 18 you published an article entitled “The brain behind Western Unionâ€.
SIR —On April 18 you published an article entitled “The brain behind Western Unionâ€.
The article includes an interview with Abbey Walusimbi, the president of United African Federation in California who is referred to as the man who introduced Western Union to Uganda. I wish to correct this. Mr. Walusimbi is in no way affiliated with Western Union and our services were introduced to Uganda through our agents, Nile and Diamond Trust banks.
Western Union has never been involved with the Uganda Care Centre as mentioned in the article.
