PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni is expected to open the two-week conference for the association of Member episcopal conference of eastern africa. The publicity committee chief, Rogers Mulindwa, yesterday said the conference will open at Colline Hotel, Mukono on June 4.

Police hold

THE Police in Iganga are holding 16 residents of Namasoga village on suspicion that they stole over 50 bags of coffee from an accident scene. The district Police chief, Sam Ekoloit, on Tuesday said the suspects took off with the coffee bags after a trailer overturned on Saturday in the village.
