Pader district NUSAF technical officer Jimmy Ogena on Monday said the beneficiaries were mainly the youth, women and disabled groups.

Arua district on Tuesday passed a sh39,479,788,842 budget for the 2005/2006 financial year.
The councillors, however, called for the censor of five district executive members, accusing them of incompetence.
