Youth in Sembabule district booed the mateete LC3 chairman, Gerald Kawoya, when he asked them to support Mawogola MP Sam Kutesa.
The Katimba parish youth chairman, Paul Kaddu, said Kutesa, the foreign affairs minister, was incompetent.
Abubaker Mukasa, a DP supporter, declared his intention to oust Kutesa in the 2006 elections.

Rakai warned

RAKAI civil servants have been warned against claiming huge sums of money, saying it frustrates district activities.
Addressing heads of department at the district headquarters on wednesday, district chairman Vincent Semakula said some people demanded night allowances and excess litres of fuel.

Bic donates

BIC International, a manufacturer of pens and hair products, has donated scholastic materials worth sh2m to orphans at Mbiriizi Improved primary School in Bukoto mid-west in Masaka.
Bic manager John Muthengia handed over the items on Monday.
