A team of Ugandan teachers working in the UK have blamed the government for the high number of pupils per class under the UPE programme.
The team, led by Robina Babirye of South norwood Primary school in London, was surprised that a teacher handles a class of 100 pupils.

THE outgoing ambassador of the republic of Korea, Lee Suk Jo, on thursday paid a farewell call on foreign affairs minister Sam Kutesa at the ministry offices. They discussed bilateral issues.
