THE Auxiliary Bishop-elect of Mbarara Archdiocese, the Very Rev. Msgr. Lambert Bainomugisha, is to be consecrated today at Mbarara’s Nyamitanga Cathedral.
Mbarara Archbishop Paul Bakyenga will preside over the ceremony that will draw Christians from all over the country.
Bainomugisha, a former Chancellor of the Archdiocese is revered for his proficiency in the different languages.
