THERE is something about the Bujagali Falls that knocked Celtel’s Caesar Mloka off her feet. Mloka (left), with two ladies in tow, were spotted at the Bujagali Falls two weeks ago on Saturday.

And it was not the sexy way she dressed that got Basoga men and a couple of tourists drooling, it was her spendthriftness.
She gave sh20,000 instead of the usual sh2,000 to a lucky photographer who took an 'express' photo of them standing besides a fast moving tide! Next, Mloka was besieged by a hungry youth who begged for sh1,000 to swim against the fast moving tides!
She happily forked out another sh20,000! Later, they descended on the bar; throwing rounds of free liquor and were the centre of attention the whole afternoon. Hmmm!
