LEADERS of Uganda Peoples Congress (UPC) in the diaspora have challenged President Yoweri Museveni to release all political prisoners to validate his commitment to reconciliation and the peace building process.

LEADERS of Uganda Peoples Congress (UPC) in the diaspora have challenged President Yoweri Museveni to release all political prisoners to validate his commitment to reconciliation and the peace building process.
The call was made in Toronto, Canada on Saturday during Obote’s special memorial service at St. Clement Anglican Church, Riverdale.
Present was the manager UPC Network, George Okurapa.
