UGANDA will bid to host the 2004 East, Central and Southern Africa Clubs basketball championships (ECSAC), the Federation of Uganda Basketball Associations (FUBA) said on Monday.

UGANDA will bid to host the 2004 East, Central and Southern Africa Clubs basketball championships (ECSAC), the Federation of Uganda Basketball Associations (FUBA) said on Monday.
With Uganda having last hosted the ECSAC championships in 1997, FUBA decided that it would compete with Zambia for the right to the event again.
Zambia, which has hosted the tournament twice before — and last did so in 2000 — is bidding again.
