She may have an infectious smile and be one of the nations most respected judges, but those qualities did not save Lady Justice Julia Ssebuinde from being bounced by a security guard at Housing Finance on Kampala Road.

With her police bodyguard in tow, Julia hit the bank at 3:00pm on Monday, right as the bank was closing. Not withstanding that she had an eighth of her stiletto in the door, the guard slammed the door shut in her face! Bewildered, Julia peeped through the tinted glass doors for 10 minutes hoping somebody would save her.
She was only saved when one of the staffers on his way out saw her twiddling with her fingers and apologised for locking her out. She was eventually allowed in to do her transactions. Rules can be broken!
