“According to our House decorum, only ladies are allowed to bring in handbags. The men are requested to leave their briefcases outside the Chambers. With the threat terrorism, is the Honourable Minister in order to bring his big briefcase to the House?†MP Aggrey Awori (Samia Bugwe North) asked as soon as Kiwanuka had entered with a stuffed black bag.
“I think he has heard,†Speaker Edward Ssekandi said, as Kiwanuka walked out at 3:20pm.
