KAMPALA — Buganda Road Court has ordered a man to pay a fine of sh100,000 for beating his debtor. Grade One Magistrate Francis Kaggwa sentenced Moses Barinzi, 30, a driver and resident of Mutungo, after he pleaded guilty to assaulting Abubaker Nsibambi on September 21 on Ben Kiwanuka Street.
