GULU – The commissioner in charge of teacher education, Mrs Margaret Oceng, has urged teachers to be dedicated to their work if they are to have strong bargaining power.
GULU – The commissioner in charge of teacher education, Mrs Margaret Oceng, has urged teachers to be dedicated to their work if they are to have strong bargaining power. Oceng was opening a 16-day teachers’ workshop organised by the Norwegian Refugee Council recently.
