Church donates to Mukono prisoners

A team from the Rubaga based Chosen generation Ministries, last week made Mukono prisoners’ day when they donated Glucose biscuits, sugar and toiletries to them.
By Charlotte Kukunda A team from the Rubaga based Chosen generation Ministries, last week made Mukono prisoners’ day when they donated Glucose biscuits, sugar and toiletries to them.They donated items worth about sh200,000 to the inmates as part of their outreach programmes to the disadvataged. The items included sanitary towels, tissue, toothbrushes and soap.Pastors Elly Mutenga and Stanely Muhofa handed over the items to the Prison’s District Police Commander (DPC) Emmanuel Matovu at a ceremony in the presence of 36 prisoners.
