SIR— I would like to thank the House of Bishops for taking a stand on the Muhabura Diocese saga. It all seemed like a circus as different camps hit at each other over whether Canon David Sebuhinja, the Bishop-elect, should be the next Bishop from Kisoro or not. I wondered then, why the much-respected House of Bishops had kept mum and not given its wise counsel.Faith UweraNyarusiza
