KAMPALA — Three Pakistanis have been remanded in Luzira Prison. Shar Zahir, 21, Khan Gulandar, 47, and Avinad Dhavin, 22, were charged with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs before Buganda Road Court magistrate Vincent Emmy Mugabo.

Shar Zahir, 21, Khan Gulandar, 47, and Avinad Dhavin, 22, were charged with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs before Buganda Road Court magistrate Vincent Emmy Mugabo. They were were intercepted at Entebbe airport with heroin by the anti-narcotics squad as they disembarked from an Emirates Airliner.Ends
