KAMPALA – The parliamentary committee on works, housing and communications has blamed district leaders for lack of harmony.

KAMPALA – The parliamentary committee on works, housing and communications has blamed district leaders for lack of harmony. They said the disunity has led to failure of most government roadworks programmes. The committee, chaired by Nathan Byanyima (Bukanga), yesterday noted that most district leaders had failed to agree on roads that should be given priority, and the money allocated to such districts end up being returned to the ministry as unused.Ends
