A recent letter signed by the head of clinical laboratories, Stephen Bazira, and copied to the dean of the medical school and the university secretary Kibirige said, “due to lack of supplies we have stopped performing most of the laboratory tests.”-----Orphans getMBARARA — Lulus Aphilipino, a musical band from Philippines, on Women’s Day fundraised school fees for 20 HIV/AIDS orphans who completed primary seven last year. The show was at Agip Motel. The executive secretary of the Foundation for AIDS Orphans (FAOC), Boaz Buyinza, told The New Vision that FAOC had started a primary school for AIDS orphans.
