A Quack journalist stole an agreement form The Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES), moments after its signing. The acting Permanent Secretary in MOES, Pius Bigirimana, together with the Japanese, JIC representative, resident in Kenya, Masaaki Otsuka, signed the Nakwa Vocational Institute extension project. The press was there to cover the event. One of them, a quack, actually wanted to see how the agreement looked like!“Let me see how the agreement looks and how much money is involved,” said the quack.Trust the Japanese kindly obliged. In the twinkling of an eye, the quack had disappeared with the copy of the signed agreement belonging to the Japanese !Charles Kitonsa of MOES called all the editors of credible media houses pleading that the agreement be returned. All was futile. The quack had made away with the document!“The Japanese said he was wearing a blue shirt,” said Kitonsa. The wonder is what use and benefit the agreement was to our ‘journalist.’The public, stand warned. Not all journalists are there to get news!ends
