It is just what we needed and we will deliver the results”, said Nathan Wasolo captain of the Kobs. “The timing of the announcement could not have come at a better time.”The news was revealed at a recent meeting at Kampala Rugby Football Club, Lugogo. The five-time Bell Lager league champions adopted a new constitution and elected a new executive. Phillip Karugaba and Charles Walube were elected unopposed as chairman and vice chairman respectively. Geof Mabonga lost to ‘Undertaker’ Mike Wandera for the position of secretary/treasurer.Yayiro Kasasa and Nathan Wasolo were confirmed in their positions as coach and captain respectively. The club crowned the evening by demolishing their first opponent, a roast goat. Meanwhile, rugby focus shifts to the KRFC for the Sevens circuit Saturday.ends
