KAMPALA — A new Makerere University senate body was on Thursday inaugurated. This is in accordance with the new universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act, 2001. A senate is the major academic decision making body of the university. The function was presided over by vice- chancellor Prof. John Sebuwufu.Ends
