Kitgum Approves Sh11b Budget

KITGUM district local council has approved a sh11.1b budget for this financial year. It reflects a 10% reduction from the previous budget of sh12.2b.Wokorach-Oboi writes that the secretary for finance, Constant Odongtoo, presented the budget recently at a council meeting at the district farm institute.It was presided over by the Deputy Speaker, Sarah Akongo Obalim.Ondgtoo said he expected the central government to give them sh9.1b.
