MBALE — Two casual labours were on Wednesday committed to the High Court for alleged gang-rape of a woman. Patrick Khaukha, 50, a casual labourer at Mukubu cell, Mooni ward, and John Mafabi of Nagudi cell, Mooni, allegedly committed the offence on January 22. The victim was reportedly returning from a drinking joint.Ends
