Loyce Atim is naughty

Sleaze scouts on the prowl in Wandegeya have unearthed a drinks scam operated by Loyce Atim, daughter to the late MP Betty Okwir. Apparently, Loyce has taken to bar hopping in Wandegeya (Atlantic Investments — sh50,000 and Makerere Secretarial Bureau — Sh25,000 in airtime) and neglecting to pay her bills. What she does is she shows the bar tender a photocopy of her passport (B314815) complete with an American visa which was issued on April 30, 2002 and expires on April 29, 2004 as security until she returns to settle the bill. However, scouts say Loyce has returned to the US leaving a number of bars holding worthless bits of paper!
