KAMPALA — Buganda Road Court has issued a warrant of arrest for Frank Keinamura for failing to attend a hearing in court. Keinamura and four others are accused of abuse of office. Prosecution alleged that Keinamura and others caused a financial loss to the Uganda Revenue Authority when they let out a consignment of goods without taxing it. Ends
