Woman dies

KAMPALA — Joyce Nakachwa, who dragged the Attorney General, KCC and an LCI chief to the Constitutional Court over the violation of her rights, has died. She claimed that she was subjected to inhuman treatment on June 21, 2001, when she delivered a baby by a roadside but was denied treatment at the Naguru KCC clinic. Court had set November 4, to hear the petition. She claimed her LC1 boss took her baby away from her on suspicion that she had stolen it.
