Kabaka hails

KAMPALA — Kabaka Ronald Mutebi has congratulated new Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki. Mutebi commended Kenyans for maintaining political maturity and stability throughout the years. “The people of Buganda Kingdom and Uganda have always enjoyed cordial and brotherly relations with their brothers and sisters in Kenya. It is my earnest wish and prayer that these historic ties will be strengthened during your tenure of office.”
