SIR— As visitors from the United Kingdom to the Pearl of Africa, we have one complaint: The quality of service at Cheeky Monkey Internet Cafe, Kampala.

SIR— As visitors from the United Kingdom to the Pearl of Africa, we have one complaint: The quality of service at Cheeky Monkey Internet Cafe, Kampala. Certain staff members have poor interpersonal skills and cannot deal adequately with problems that arise on the computers. Many times, when approached, they have said sorry or have just shrugged their shoulders. Secondly, there is no monitoring of customers’ online activity. There is also no queue when it comes to using the computers and explicit material often comes up for the next user. We even saw cockroaches crawling all over the food in the cabinetsName withheld on request
