FORT PORTAL — The Police fired bullets in the air on Sunday to disperse rowdy supporters of Kabarole LC5 candidate Steven Kaliba. The incident took place at Mpanga market after some fans tried to defy a Police order not to ferry people to campaign rallies. Kaliba and Augustine Kayonga were to address a rally at Ruteete. Kaliba boycotted the rally, citing Police harassment.Ends
