KASESE — The district veterinary officer, Dr. Joram Tumushabe, has warned of an outbreak of rabies. He said dogs had gone on rampage biting a number of people. “We have therefore drawn a programme to have all dogs in the district vaccinated starting July 17 to avoid an outbreak of rabies,” he said.
