Mazzi Binaisa sues for indecent assault

Mazzi Binaisa, the smashing daughter of Ex-president Godfrey Binaisa (“I am suing the Government for wrongful dismissal”) seems to have borrowed a leaf from her Dad who sued the government for compensation. Scouts on the prowl tell us that the beau has dragged a police officer to Makindye court for indecently touching her thighs without her consent. This happened as they took a ride in a government vehicle registration UG 0052Q in the suburbs of Namuwongo. The unfortunate fellow, Simon Mafabi attached to Naguru mobile police unit allegedly committed the offence on the 9th July 2002 after he got a total TKO over Mazzi’s more than revealing outfit. The hapless policeman is now on remand in Luzira prison.
