KASESE — Congolese in the eastern DR Congo villages along the Ugandan border in Kasese district have expressed concern over alleged encroachment on their land by Ugandans.

KASESE — Congolese in the eastern DR Congo villages along the Ugandan border in Kasese district have expressed concern over alleged encroachment on their land by Ugandans. The Congolese villagers in Kasindi near the Virunga National Park told The New Vision at Lhubiriha border market on Monday that many Ugandans were cultivating on their land, especially in the Virunga Park. They said the encroachers originated from Kitholhu, Karambi and Bwera sub- counties in Bukonzo West.Ends
