MASAKA — Bukakkata Court recently sentenced a fish-monger to 48 months in prison on three counts. Joseph Bukenya, 24, was charged with attempted murder, escaping from Police custody and being in possession of narcotic drugs. He appeared before the Grade Two Magistrate.
