FIFA referee Ali Tomusange may have achieved the greatest feat of officiating at the World Cup recently, but two of his colleagues have other goals to achieve. The two in particular are FIFA referee Fred Mufuta and assistant referee Hilary Kibugwe (Not FIFA referee). The two youthful officials have made it a routine not to miss out on Silk Royale's theme nights, but the two keep a wary distance from the honeys that frequent their favourite night spot. Mufuta is a renowned teetotaler while Kibugwe likes his drinks hard.
