KAMPALA — Sheila Kawamara Mishambi, a member of the East African Legislative Assembly, has said affirmative action still gives more opportunities to men. “Appointments on the Boards and Commissions have taken into consideration women’s representation but the opportunities are still tilted to the men,” she said.
