RALLYING - NATIONAL champion Charlie Lubega and Moses Lumala will miss out on the Coast Equator rally in Kenya October 3-5 if they do not receive tyres from Japan in time.
Lumala yesterday said that their participation in the seventh round of the Africa Rally Championship largely depends on the arrival of the tyres.
