SIR— I wish to ask the owners of Balaba Hides and Skins in 6th Street to address the bad smell resulting from their business.

El Nino rains are at hand.
The situation is almost coming out of hand as the run-off coming from that place gives off a foul smell.
This can be witnessed by daily users of 6th Street.
I hope the owners will address my complaint. NEMA should also take note.
