Otafiire dozes in State House

There was drama at State House Nakasero recently when State Minister for Regional Co-operation, Kahinda Otafiire (left) blissfully slept his way through meetings in which the global UNDP boss, Mark Malloch Brown and the South African Vice President, Jacob Zuma were meeting President Museveni. At one point colleagues kicked Otafiire legs in a desperate bid to wake him up but to no avail.
Meanwhile, the bemused president stared repeatedly at his minister who slept with his head in the palms of his hands.
