KASESE — The district has received 19 bulls under the Belgium Technical Co-operation (BTC) fund to fight poverty. The 19 bulls were recently handed over to the district by BTC fund advisor Van Yan at the district headquarters in Rukoki. “These are high quality bulls. Each sub-county will get one to serve all farmers in the district,” veterinary officer Dr. Joram Tumushabe said.
