KISORO The Bwindi Impenetrable National Park management has disbursed sh88,755,000 as grants to communities neighbouring the park. Kabale received sh21,170,000, Kisoro got sh10,400,000 and Kanungu sh57m.

KAMPALA Agriculture minister, Dr. Kisamba Mugerwa, said recently most Ugandans had failed to eliminate poverty from their midst due to a poor culture of utilising loans. “Why should one borrow money only when they have feasts and forget they are supposed to pay back?”
