The district has earmarked sh140m for the construction of a new council hall

SOROTI — The district has earmarked sh140m for the construction of a new council hall. The LC5 chairman, Capt. John Otekat, in a council meeting said construction of the hall would start in January. The hall is estimated to cost over sh600m.
