Presidential candidate Karuhanga Chapaa yesterday said he has been threatened with death and named Kampala RDC Cranimer Kalinda as having issued the threats, reports Anne Mugisa.

Presidential candidate Karuhanga Chapaa yesterday said he has been threatened with death and named Kampala RDC Cranimer Kalinda as having issued the threats, reports Anne Mugisa. Chapaa told a press conference that Kalinda bribed his district youth leader, Ibrahim Kasozi, with sh30,000 and asked him to cross to President Yoweri Museveni's camp. He said Kasozi told him that Kalinda said he, Chapaa, had a rebel group and he was about to be eliminated. Chapaa said he had received intelligence reports that Movement leaders wanted to eliminate him and were worried about the overwhelming support he has. Ends
