MUBUKU-The Ugandan Government has given sh200m to Mubuku Irrigation Scheme for the purchase and repair of machines used by the scheme. Chris Kibazanga MP said the government is eager to develop the Kasese Irrigation scheme and Uganda's agro-based industries. Agricultural officer, Teddy Munyazikwiye, cautioned local authorities to efficiently use the funds to improve food production. Ends.
