The district was curved out of Aruu and Agago counties in Kitgum district. ** * Kasiita Hussein Bukenya, 23, will stand against Prof. Gilbert Bukenya, state minister for trade come June for Busiro north constituency in Mpigi district. Kasiita who is secretary for international affairs of the Uganda National Students Association (UNSA) says he wants to provide effective, consultative and efficient leadership to address issues of concern to the ordinary people. * * * celestino Ojera, a former deputy commissioner, ministry of public service, wants to represent people with disabilities in the north. He stood in 1996 elections and was runner up but that is no deterrant. Mr. Ojera is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree from Makerere University. He resides in Entebbe Ends
