Supporters Dispersed

KABALE - Anti-riot Police in Rukiga County on Tuesday dispersed supporters of parliamentary candidates Manzi Tumubweine and Jack Sabiiti, who clashed in Nyakasiru in Bukinda sub-county. The district Police commander, Mr. Julius Sharita, told The New Vision the scuffle started at 7:00pm at Mzee Busenene's home. Sharita said, "Busenene was beaten up when he tried to stop people from hanging up Manzi's posters on his house." Ends
