Kitgum District Local Government Tender Board invites Tenders from competent firms or individuals to supply goods or services and works as detailed here below for the Financial Year 2001/2002.

Conditions:
Details shall be obtained from the Secretary's Office Room No. 13 Education Department and the Notice Board.
For items A:
1. For markets a, b, c and Seasonal markets.The non-refundable application fee is 40,000=, 30,000=, 20,000= and 5,000= respectively.
2. For items under B, the non-refundable fee for 1, and 5 is 50,000/= and for 2, 3 and 4 is 80,000/=.
3. Under Item C, the non-refundable application fees for 1, 2, 3 and 20 is 40,000/= and for 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 is 30,000/= and for 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 is 50,000/=.
4. For Item D, the non-refundable fee for 1, 4 and 5 is 50,000/= and 40,000/= for 2, 3 and 6.
5. Non-refundable fee for item E and F is 50,000/=.
6. Under G, the non-refundable fee is 50,000/= for each item.
The non-refundable fees should be paid to the District Cashier at the District Finance Department.
Applications should attach:
- Registration Certificate
- Bank Statement (current month)
- Trading Licences
- Income Tax Clearance
- Article memorandum of Association
NB: The above requirement is not a must for Item A.
Applications is properly sealed in envelopes clearly marked "Tender for .........." should be addressed to:

Bids shall be opened at 2.30 p.m of 30th July 2001. Come and witness the opening of your bids.
