LUWEERO — The Police are holding the Bamugolodde movement chairman in Katikamu county for allegedly impregnating a primary five pupil. Senfuma Kikere, who is also the Bamugolodde LC2 chairman, was arrested on Tuesday following intervention by AMREF, a child welfare NGO, which has been paying school fees for the girl.
