PALLISA— Only 14.6% people here had ever used condoms. Two thirds of these are men, a survey carried out in May this year has revealed.
PALLISA— Only 14.6% people here had ever used condoms. Two thirds of these are men, a survey carried out in May this year has revealed. Dr Andrew Namonyo, the District Director of Health Services said although 95% of the Pallisa people were aware of HIV/AIDS, this knowledge had not made sufficient impact on their sexual behaviour.
