KAPCHORWA — Acting District Director for health services, Charles Ekau Oluka, has advised nurses to stop drinking alcohol during working hours, as it frustrates efforts to deliver quality services in the country. He was speaking to 30 nursing assistants recently trained by the Ministry of Health.
