A general receipt must be attached on the application. 2. Collection of revenue shall be by Tenderer or his appointee and he shall pay wages for collectors. 3. Graduated Tax for the year 2000/2001 and passport photos must be attached. 4. Obtain tender forms from Secretary District Procurement Committee upon payment of a non- refundable fee with District Cashier. 5. Applicants should clearly indicate the item applied for and the bid sum. 6. The Committee shall not be bound to accept the lowest, highest or any bid. 7. Applicants or their representatives are invited to witness the opening ceremony . 8. Applicants are advised to ignore Taxi Parks and Stages earlier advertised and not included in this advert. 9. Applications marked "Tender for …………" at the right hand corner of the envelope and addressed to the Secretary, District Procurement Committee, P.O. Box 7218, Kampala, shall be delivered not later than 21/09/2001 at 9.00 a.m and opening shall be at 11.00 a.m same day at the District Headquarters. Late submissions will not be entertained.
